Hey there, I'm Lauren.

I'm an AuDHD coach, trainer and neurodiversity practitioner with over 13 years' experience across education, mental health and neurodiversity support.

Through coaching, workplace support and training, I help people better understand themselves, work with their nervous systems and create sustainable ways of living and working.

My approach is neuro-affirming, strengths-based and grounded in compassion, curiosity and practical support.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I work with you? 

There are two main ways to work with me:

Thrive at Life – 1:1 neuro-affirming coaching supporting calm, clarity and sustainable change.

Thrive at Work – workplace training and consultancy helping organisations build neuro-inclusive practice.

Both are grounded in neuroscience, compassion and a strengths-based approach.

Thrive at Life is offered as a monthly coaching partnership, with a minimum recommended commitment of three months.

Investment starts from £85 per session.

A limited number of community investment spaces are available from £65 per session for those who may benefit from a reduced rate.

Thrive at Work pricing is tailored to the needs of your organisation and scope of work.

Full details are shared before your introductory call, giving you time to consider what feels right for you.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No.

Many people I work with are exploring neurodivergence, awaiting assessment or simply recognising themselves in what they're are learning.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me.

What if I'm not sure what support I need?

That's completely okay.

Many people arrive knowing something isn't working but aren't sure exactly what support would help.

An introductory call gives us space to explore what's going on and whether we're a good fit.
