Thrive at Life

From Circles to Spirals

Thrive at Life is 1:1 neuro-affirming coaching for people who feel stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed by life or disconnected from themselves, even when things appear fine on the surface.

Coaching is a space to pause, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface and move forward in ways that fit who you are.

Together we explore capacity, patterns, strengths and challenges through a neuro-affirming, nervous system-aware and practical lens.

This work isn't about fixing yourself or pushing harder. It's about building understanding, self-trust and sustainable ways of living and working.

From circles to spirals means recognising that growth is rarely linear. We revisit familiar challenges with greater awareness, creating momentum that feels grounded, supportive and realistic.

You Might Be Here Because...

  • You've recently been diagnosed with ADHD, autism or AuDHD and are trying to make sense of what it means for you.

  • You're exhausted and wondering whether burnout has become your normal.

  • You struggle with executive functioning and feel overwhelmed by everyday demands.

  • You're noticing shifts in your energy, emotions or capacity and want to better understand the role hormones, PMDD, perimenopause or menopause may be playing.

  • You're stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overthinking or self-doubt and want to build greater self-trust.

  • You're looking for practical strategies that work with your nervous system rather than against it.

  • You want a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach that sees you as a whole person, not a problem to be fixed.

How I Work

Neurodiversity, Nervous System & Narrative

I help people understand how they are wired, how they experience the world and the stories they carry about themselves.

Greater understanding often becomes the foundation for meaningful change.

Curiosity Before Judgement

Rather than asking "What's wrong with me?", we explore what makes sense in the context of your experiences, environment and current capacity.

Coaching creates space to understand rather than criticise.

Capacity Over Pressure

Together we identify what supports your wellbeing, energy and functioning.

This work is not about pushing harder.

It is about recognising what helps you thrive and what may be getting in the way.

Practical & Personal

Alongside reflection and self-understanding, coaching includes practical tools, strategies and psychoeducation tailored to your life, goals and needs.

Sustainable Change

Our work is always 'client-led'. You set the pace, the focus and the goals, while I bring the tools, perspective and support to help you get there.

Together, we make change feel both achievable and sustainable.

The Capacity Map

Understanding what shapes capacity

As part of Thrive at Life coaching, I use The Capacity Map™, a neuro-affirming psychoeducation framework designed to help make sense of the factors influencing capacity.

Rather than focusing solely on productivity, motivation or performance, The Capacity Map™ explores the wider system. Together we look at the relationship between sensory experiences, nervous system regulation, processing demands, executive functioning and overall wellbeing to better understand what may be supporting or reducing capacity.

The aim is not to identify what's "wrong". It is to build understanding.

By exploring what is currently placing the greatest demand on your system, we can begin to identify practical strategies, supportive adjustments and areas for growth that feel realistic and sustainable.

The Capacity Map™ often helps clients:

  • Understand what is influencing their capacity right now

  • Recognise patterns that may have previously gone unnoticed

  • Develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion

  • Identify where support and adjustments may be most helpful

  • Create a clearer starting point for coaching and change

Capacity is not fixed. It changes in response to our environment, experiences, nervous system state and the demands placed upon us.

The Capacity Map™ helps make those influences visible, creating a clearer picture of what support looks like for you.

Introductory Call

We begin with a free introductory call to explore what is bringing you to coaching, answer any questions you may have and decide whether we're a good fit to work together.

Investment

Thrive at Life is offered as a monthly coaching partnership, with a minimum recommended commitment of three months.

Meaningful change takes time. Understanding patterns, building self-trust and experimenting with new ways of working rarely happen in a single conversation. Working together over a number of sessions allows space for reflection, insight and sustainable change to develop.

For many people, six sessions provides a strong foundation for greater self-awareness, practical strategies and self-compassion. At the end of the initial three months, we review what has shifted and decide together what feels most supportive moving forward.

Investment starts from £85 per session.

A limited number of community investment spaces are available from £65 per session for those who may benefit from a reduced rate.

Full details of coaching options, pricing and support packages are provided before your introductory call, giving you time to consider what feels right for you.
