Because being different doesn't mean you need fixing.
It means you need knowledge and space.

Hey there,
I'm Lauren.
I’m a Coach, Neurodiversity Awareness Training Facilitator, Inclusion Practitioner, as well as a mum, a wife and a champion of authenticity and well-being.
I’ve worked with hundreds of people navigating the hidden hurdles of life, the pressure to do it all, please everyone and keep pushing forward.
But that constant striving? It leads to burnout, overwhelm and losing sight of self.
Burnout isn’t a badge of honour and thriving shouldn’t feel impossible.
I help people cut through the fog, fear and doubt with a little structure, a little science and a lot of self-compassion.
How we can work together
In coaching, we focus on the human being, not just the human doing. Together we explore strengths, struggles and patterns through the lens of neuroscience, making self-understanding easier to grasp, remember and apply. This creates space for clarity and calm, helping individuals support and accept themselves as they are.
Thrive at Work explores neurodiversity and workplace wellbeing through the lens of neuroscience and practical strategies, making complexity easier to understand, remember and apply. This approach creates space for clarity and calm, helping teams and organisations support real people, not just job roles.
Testimonials
"The hypnosis session was deeply relaxing, like floating between wakefulness and sleep, and her voice was a constant, calming presence. Since my session, I’ve felt a strange sense of calm, as if an edge has softened. After years of talking therapies, I truly believe hypnosis and coaching with Lauren is the next step in my healing journey."
Natalie Mays
"Lauren was the first person in my 46 years to truly see, hear and validate me, not even I had done that. Working with her has been life-changing. I’ve started therapy, embraced self-care and reconnected with the things that bring me joy, like yoga and time for myself."
Lisa Bevan
"Lauren’s sessions helped me break out of a loop I’d been stuck in for years and I really appreciated how she combined hands-on tools with thoughtful coaching questions that helped me reflect in ways I hadn’t before."

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I work with you?
There are two ways to work with me:
Thrive at Life – one-to-one coaching to help you find calm, clarity, and confidence. We’ll explore your strengths, understand how your brain works, and use psychoeducation tools to support lasting change.
Thrive at Work – workplace training and consultancy to help organisations understand neurodiversity, build inclusive environments, and support staff to thrive.
Both are rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed approach — blending science, self-awareness, and compassion to help people and workplaces grow in ways that truly fit them.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the type of support you’re looking for.
Thrive at Life – one-to-one coaching with a flexible pricing structure, including a community investment rate, so cost never becomes a barrier to support.
Thrive at Work – workplace training and consultancy, with pricing tailored to your organisation’s needs.
All my work is rooted in compassion, accessibility, and real transformation — helping people and workplaces build on their strengths and truly thrive.
What is SHE; reads?
SHE; reads is my seasonal book circle.
A gentle space for women to pause, breathe and reconnect through story. It’s not another book club, but a calm place to land; a chance to reclaim something for yourself through the simple act of reading.
Each season brings three books inspired by the energy of that time of year. Whether you read every page, listen to the audiobook or simply dip in with a cup of tea - you belong here.
