SHE; reads

Sometimes the right book arrives at the right moment and it can change everything.

SHE; reads is a beginner‑friendly book circle for women

Sometimes the right book lands in your hands at the right time and it changes everything. That’s what inspired me to create SHE; reads.

Think of it as a beginner-friendly book circle for women who want to read more, but without the pressure.

Each month, we meet as a circle of women online to explore books that grow women’s wisdom. We choose books that invite conversation, deepen self‑understanding and support us through the realities of being a woman.

Who is it for?

This circle is for you if any of these feel true:

  • You do not see yourself as a “book person” but want to read more

  • You are neurospicy or neurodivergent friendly spaces matter to you

  • You are ready to fill your cup again and want a slower pace

  • You want to finally open the books people talk about, quote, and recommend

  • You prefer a kind space where camera‑off and listening are okay

Example themes
and titles

These are examples of the kind of books we may choose. Final selections will be shared monthly.

  • Women’s health and hormones

  • Burnout, stress, and sustainable pace

  • Neurodiversity and the nervous system

  • Creativity, courage, and self‑trust

  • Identity, belonging, and relationships

Accessibility and Support

Before you join, I meet with every member for a short welcome conversation.

This is a chance to hear your needs and explore any suggestions that could make reading more accessible and enjoyable for you.

As a neurodiverse coach, I know first‑hand how powerful small strategies can be in supporting focus, flow and confidence.

Applying the same approaches to myself has accelerated and supported my own reading journey, and I want to offer the same care to you.
