Refund Policy

Seen Heard Empowered Ltd provides coaching and workplace training services that require dedicated time, preparation, and commitment from both coach and client. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable.

Coaching Sessions​

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice, and your session can be moved to a new date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.​

Packages and Ongoing Coaching

Payment confirms your place and secures your coaching schedule. As spaces are limited, unused sessions and packages are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe where possible.​

Workplace Training and Consultancy

Training and consultancy bookings are also non-refundable once confirmed, as preparation and scheduling are completed in advance. Rescheduling may be possible depending on notice and availability.​

Community Investment Bookings

Community Investment sessions are offered at a reduced rate to make coaching more accessible and follow the same non-refundable policy as standard sessions.​
