Colouring Myself In:
Embracing Every Part of My Story…

I'm Lauren, an AuDHD coach, trainer and neurodiversity practitioner with over 13 years' experience across education, mental health and neurodiversity support.
With both lived and professional experience of neurodivergence, I bring a compassionate, practical and person-centred approach to my work.
My background includes further education, alternative provision, quality assurance, NHS mental health triage and neurodiversity support. Alongside my coaching practice, I am in the final year of a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice.
I specialise in supporting people navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, burnout, executive functioning challenges, hormone-related changes, late diagnosis and life transitions.
My work combines psychoeducation, executive functioning strategies, nervous-system awareness and somatic approaches to help people better understand themselves and work with their strengths rather than against them.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: thriving isn't about doing more. It's about understanding yourself more deeply and creating the conditions that help you flourish.
The Philosophy Behind The Work
Seen. Heard. Empowered. was created from a simple belief:
People thrive when they understand themselves and have support that genuinely fits.
My approach is neuro-affirming, narrative-led and nervous-system-first. Rather than focusing on what is "wrong", I help people explore what sits beneath the surface and better understand their experiences, strengths, capacity and needs.
I combine psychoeducation, executive functioning strategies, nervous-system awareness and somatic approaches to help people work with themselves rather than against themselves.
Whether through coaching, workplace support, SHE; reads or The Neuro Spice Shelf, the focus is the same: creating greater understanding, reducing unnecessary barriers and helping people build sustainable ways of living and working.
At the heart of this work is a simple idea:
Thriving isn't about doing more.
It's about understanding yourself more deeply and creating the conditions that help you flourish.
Accessibility & Community Investment
I believe support should be accessible, respectful and grounded in real need.
Where possible, I offer community investment spaces and flexible options to help reduce barriers to support.
Further information about current availability and investment options is shared before introductory calls.
